Please see below new group session times at Sale Moor Community Centre from January 2026. Groups are allowed 15 minutes before and after their time slot to set up and clear away.

Tai Chi for Beginners

Meetings of this new group will be held at the Sale Moor Community Centre’s Main Hall. The first session will take place on Tuesday 7th April between 12:00 mid-day to 2:00 pm. Future sessions will take place on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the same time.

Crafters & Natterers Group - No Longer Meeting

Unfortunately, due to falling numbers, the Crafters & Natterers Group is no longer operating.
Many thanks to Teresa Jarkowska for all her work in setting up and supporting this group.

Group Leaders should download and use the Incident Report Form to report details of any incident that may cause harm.

New Recorder Group for Beginners

New Beginners Recorder Group.
Total beginners welcome.
Starting September - Possibly 3rd Thursday.
You will exercise, lungs, fingers & brain & make music.
We will use treble recorders( more suitable for adults)(not the descant size, which are ideal for small, flexible fingers).

Most Groups meet at Sale Moor Community Centre on Norris Road, Our location unless otherwise stated. However, some Groups meet in other venues, for example in members' homes or at Sale Leisure Centre. Sessions at the Community Centre are now:-

morning sessions are normally 9.45am to 11.45am. (Setup 9.15am)

midday sessions are normally 12 noon to 2.00pm

afternoon sessions are normally 2.30pm to 4.30pm (Setup 2.15pm)
